Holi is a spring festival, also known as the festival of colours or the festival of love. It is celebrated at the end of the winter season on the last full moon day of the lunar month, which usually falls in March, sometimes in late February.
This festival is for celebrating the beginning of Spring, enjoying it’s abundant colours and saying farewell to winter.
