Love ice creams? Who doesn’t? Did you know July is Ice Cream month?
National Ice Cream Month is celebrated each year in July and National Ice Cream Day is celebrated on the third Sunday in July. California produces more ice cream than any other state. Worldwide, around 15 billion litres (3.3 billion gallons) of ice-cream are consumed every year, enough to fill 5,000 Olympic swimming pools. According to Nasa, ice-cream is among the top three items most missed by astronauts on space missions.
